Sponsor a Student is a program to contribute towards school education of underprivileged students under the umbrella of Him Jagriti - a not-for-profit organization concerned with Education, Skilling and Health of the poor in remote areas.
To encourage and enable underprivileged school students in India to continue and complete their school education.
We deposit Rs 500 per month / Rs 6000 per annum directly to the bank accounts of selected poor students and monitor their progress in school through our coordinators.
Over the past 5 years, we have supported more than 150 poor students in continuing their school education and at present we are supporting about 90 students across India.
Orphaned or differently abled poor children. Children whose income earning parent is / parents are poor and or differently abled.
